I love how experimental this piece is. 
Part of me wishes that we can't see the droplets, if only so that we can focus on the lights a bit better... Still, I like how the rain adds more depth to things, as well as gives the concept a new element, almost.
The variety of colours makes things more interesting and I like how you've tilted the angle as well.
